Stress is a psychological and physiological response to a perceived threat or challenge. It is a natural part of the body's fight-or-flight response, which prepares us to either face or avoid danger. Stress can be caused by a variety of factors, such as work-related pressures, financial problems, relationship issues, health concerns, or major life changes.
