most important for a healthy life for mental and physical health. Healthiness is the gift of happiness life so everyone need to try be healthy. Here are some tips for a healthy routine life.
MorningÂ
weak up early morning before 6 Am regularly same time everyday. That help to a good sleep time cycle. Drink water that help you to hydrate. Read some good quotes and book for 15 minutes that motive you all day. Meditation for 15 minutes that help stress free and mindfulness. Do some light exercise and stretch exercise muscles weak up and get blood flowing. Do some short run, Deep breathing, Yoga.Â
After all exercise break for 10 minute relax to normal body temperature Take a bath of hot and cool water for 15 minute and if you can swim for 10 minute you can.Â
Take a healthy breakfast fruit, Juice, Vegetable, whole grain and lemon water avoid coffee and tea  this can help you energetic feeling for the morning.
After all plan your day take some time for schedule your TO- Do list of the day it can help you to chose task of priority and planed.Â
Every day routine may be change the needs of the day.
Work
Enter in your office and work with a energetic mood. Work on the priorities task and complete it Don't take any meetings in first hours take a break 1040hrs and take refreshments and drink water, tea.Â
After refreshment organise the office meeting and task.Â
Check all the previous task which to complete.Â
In these hours take glass of water.Â
Take your lunch at 1pm.Â
Fresh vegetables, curd, sald and Chapati after all take a 30 minute break after lunchÂ
Than start work again.Â
You must attention in this work hours you keep your self calm, clear, and enthusiasm that help your company to achieve your goals that the way of grow with togather and win.Â
Close your work on 4pm 🕓Â
Go for workout, game, walk, cycling,swimming, sunshine enjoy it for 2hours.Â
EveningÂ
Now the beautiful conclusion time of the whole day.Â
Spend your time with your family. Take a energetic drink, chips and juice.Â
Callculate the whole day squeeze and plan for km tomorrow.Â
Check your kids notes and study how they learned in school and encourage them on there study.Â
Preapare Dinner it should be light food made with grain.Â
Take dinning with your family in 9 pmÂ
Night
After the dinner take a 500 meter of walk avoide using electronic gadgets.Â
Go to bed on 1015 pm for the new dayÂ
Before going to bed don't use mobile it reduces your eye sight and feel you headache.Â

In this days every one have wealth but not able to enjoy it because everyone struggle some health issues due to our disturb life.Â
