Healthy life is the most important to happy life. If you are healthy you become a successful person in your life. Healthy life is well balanced life that physical, Mental and emotional well-being

2. Yoga : Did some Yoga practice everyday like Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) and some yoga pose like Mayura Aasan, Bajra Aasan, Sarbanga Asana.
